These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules and the CISG. If you are a merchant, a legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Aachen, Germany.

11) Online dispute resolution

The EU provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. We are not obligated and generally not willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.
